After a hiatus we are back with a new format for our episodes! We will now start off with new and exciting topics that we will discuss and relate to our own practices followed up with a fun fact around health and wellness that listeners may or may not know. Then we will end with what really grinds our gears and a client win of the week! We will be releasing these episodes weekly (hopefully on Tuesday!).
